Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance, they were adding chemicals. We were a group of 6 friends & asked if we could simply sit in the pool area on the lawn chairs and were told no because of this inconvenience we were virtually left with no slit to enjoy the beautiful day. If not for this would certainly had given a higher rating. Everything else was good with the property

I HAD A MAID TELL ME NO TO MY FACE WHEN I ASKED IF SHE COULD KEEP
THE NOISE DOWN IN THE ROOM NEXT DOOR WHILE SHE WAS CLEANING. DISGUSTING SERVICE, RUDE, OLD BUILDING.

The staff were wonderful and helpful. It was nice to have a place to stay while we traveled around Halifax. An old building but it was still clean and well maintained.
