This little motel was delightful. Exceptionally clean and room had all we needed. Mark was very gracious when he had to come out at night to deal with an uncooperative key pad. Would definitely recommend this place.

The Homeport Motel is nothing fancy. A good clean motel. Located about 15 minutes from the main pier and shops and restaurants. Quiet with comfy beds. Tim Hortons and NSLC within walking distance. We would stay again.

What a lovely stay! The rooms were updated and well appointed. We were happy to find some dishes and cutlery as we were hoping for a little picnic for supper. The bathrooms were modern and clean. We were travelling with friends and it was perfect to have the two rooms side-by-side. This stay was a highlight for us.

Perfect spot for Lunenburg. Easy to get too from downtown. Peaceful in the evenings. Lovely open area to sit out on pick Nick tables. The room was equipped with a mini fridge, coffee and tea supplies and a microwave. I would definitely stay again for a longer stay!

The check-in was seamless and the place was very laid out. Great location. We chose to drive downtown but you are ok walking it isn’t that far. I like the idea that we don’t have to worry about loosing keys. It is a keyless entry, what a great idea. We would stay there again.

The property uses contactless check-in, which seems to have a glitch with Expedia. We arrived when there’s no staff in the office and eventually tracked someone down who helped us get our room number and door code. The room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable, but I had to go get my own towels as we stayed more than one night and they neither clean the room while you’re there or restock. in general, we had a very comfortable stay, but it was like crashing somewhere for hotel prices without hotel service.
