“Peeling wallpaper by window, panel by bathroom door coming away, loose loo seat, poorly maintained bathroom with window not shutting fully. Shower splutters and temperature varies. Pub food poor and not made as described. Would not go back.”

“My partner and me stayed during the first horrible heatwave in June, to get some respite in the AC that was featured in the amenities of the property. Not only was there AC in the room, but also in the pub/restaurant area! It was absolutely delightful - we struggled leaving!
The staff were so friendly and attentive; nothing was too much trouble. We were given a flask of fresh milk to have with tea/coffee in the room, and some freshly baked cookies.
I couldn’t get the shower to cool down, this...

“Room was impeccably clean, staff were welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and quality food. Parking was easy to find, and there was lots of room!
It was nice to walk around the village, there was so much to see and shorts walks got you seeing so much!”
