“Property is on a very quite and what it seems to be a safe neighbor. We arrived at 2 AM because a delay on our bus but we previously notify the property of our late arrival and we were able to get to our room thru a safebox that kept our keys. Staff was very friendly and helpful the next morning. We happen to stay on the hottest day on the history of London and the room was hot but be were received by a fan that was in place and on when we arrived late at night. “Very comfortable and friendly place. Parking can be difficult depending on time you arrive. I arrived late but found parking 1min walk around corner (free till 9am) which was fine. Single bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size and very clean as was the shared bathroom (which was huge, plenty of space to shower and change). Lovely lady greeted me, took details showed me around, gave me a bottle of water and advised/helped me with every aspect of my stay- very helpful. Overall good...
