In the bathroom the water from the shower came down in drops there was no power socket to attach any type of accessory. “Justo antes de viajar estalló la alerta sanitaria, la hecatombe del Covid-19 y les pedí por favor que cancelasen mi reserva pues no iba a viajar por responsabilidad dado el riesgo de expansión de la enfermedad, pues aun estaba abierto el espacio aéreo y podría haber ido. No solo no me han devuelto un céntimo, no me han cancelado la reserva sino que ni siquiera me han contestado. Pésimos.”

“Good location for city. Staff very helpful. Property is run down but largely clean. Couldn’t get WiFi to work. Bed was comfortable and linen / towels were all good. It’s cheap though, especially for the area.”

Instead, we were left stranded with zero advance notice. ​The host cancelled/refused our accommodation on the very day of check-in without giving us prior warning.
