Friendly service and central location.

Lovely welcome and small but lovely room. They were happy to atore my bag before and after check-in. Really helpful and friendly staff. Very central. It is up a lot of stairs so not suitable if you have mobility issues.

I slept like a baby. Really. The door to the room opens with a skeleton key so it’s older but that’s part of the charm. Great internet and the staff made me feel welcome anytime I walked in the door.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. The location was amazing. The property was clean. It’s an older building with some quirks: the floor isn’t level and the stairs are quite steep. Otherwise I loved it!

Great location. Room was pretty big! Loved the cozy vibe. Lots going on around the hotel so my day time nap wasn’t ideal but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Worth noting it’s a lively area though. Staff was super helpful.

Perfect place for us to stay that is centrally located to the University of Oxford and to the sites and activities. Oxford is a very walkable city. There is not a lift so this is not an accessible hotel as it is in a historic building above several stores. That being said the staff were so very kind and helpful and we had a wonderful stay!
