“Toooooo hot in the room. No A/C available; only an old fan moving the hot air. Difficult to breathe. Very very little room, without table and chair to work (in my case) or to seat in a place different to the bed. I ask in reception to change my room; nothing else available. They took me a table and 1 chair, so I couldn't move in the room. Weak wi-fi line ”

“The room was very clean and a comfy bed. However VERY dissapointed with the breakfast. Would have preferred somewhere to sit down and eat rather than perch on the bed, breakfast cereals and pastries available just outside the room, but nowhere to sit down and no milk, only found a very small amount of little pods of milk for drinks. However as we didn't use the wardrobe, to store clothes, it was only on leaving and doing a routine check, thatxwe found a small fridge with milk in.”

“Beautiful hotel in lovely surroundings Spotlessly clean. Bedding and towels were high standards, helpful friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again ”

“A really beautiful unique stay, wonderful converted barn rooms with wooden beams, and the grounds are just perfect. Bridgette was an absolute delight, she was really lovely to sit and chat with and couldn't do enough for me, I would stay again just for how welcoming it was honestly.”

“We loved our stay here, We stayed a couple of nights The place was amazing lots of parking, staff were friendly, Room was big we stayed in Robert Burns We went for a walk through Colwick Country Park and found Tina's Cafe which was nice but shuts early.”
