“Overall, very good for the night. Breakfast was excellent as well as the staff. Rooms very comfortable. Excellent value for money. ”

“Staff were exceptionally helpful, hotel was being renovated but this didn't impact our stay. Room was clean and tidy. Slight issue with the room key but sorted quickly at front desk. Great location, did use cheaper car park 500ms away to save on our trip.”

“Selected Wheatsheaf based on location travelling from Scotland to South Coast. We're told at reception that the room was up 2 flight of stairs but it would be worth it, Walking into room 12 our breath was taken away, it was definitely worth the climb. Dinner that evening and breakfast next morning we're excellent. Will definitely be back. Jim and Lorna”

“The property was cold and the device to set the temperature seemed to be out of battery. It was somewhat hard to find, and when we entered there was a vacuum cleaner sitting in the hallway. Parking can be hard to find, and the owners' emails seemed to be automatic and not responsive.”
