The room was clean and staff where nice visited the casino had a lit of fun. Great place to stay have stayed 1 other time enjoyed it both times

Beautiful New Orleans feel! The stay was great, comfortable bed, and lovely accommodations. Breakfast was really good and the conversation better! It’s like coming home or to a friend’s house. John made sure everything was taken care of. I will say bring your own hair dryer, which I prepared for, so no snags in our stay.

The bathtub was rusted, room was dusty, parking garage elevator was broken and apparently has been for a long time so you have to walk down the stairs if you need to park on the upper levels. Parts of the hotel did not have ventilation so there was no a/c blowing in the middle of summer .

Food options were good. Casino was good. The staff was truly exceptional.

The facility was nice but both rooms we looked at smelled like smoke. Like someone had just smoked in there right before we walked in. The second room we looked at smelled like smoke, Chinese food and bleach. The front receptionist was very helpful and allowed us to look at the rooms first before we booked. We ended up cancelling our reservation.
