This is my favorite main stay property when Im home visiting family and friends. The rooms decor is updated, carpet, tile, and the water pressure is amazing with the hot shower water. Its convenient too Cirle K, Dennys, Waffle House, Wendys, Raceway Gas Station,other Hotel Brands, Murphy Gas Station, I-20 interstate East & West. I almost forgot to give LaTania at the front desk 5 Stars & Mr Purcell for the outstanding 5 Star service he assisted my family our rollaway bed, our belongings and customer service that is rare in majority of industries. Don’t recommend this for families with kids. The front desk guy that checked us in had a very hard accent and could barely understand him, he did not give us much information about our stay at the hotel, except the room number and the floor. The hotel lobby had a bad smoke smell, also the room was smelling smoke and had hair all over the bathroom floor. Outside of hotel, front and back, smelled weed. When we checked in some other weird people checked in too, like girls half dressed. In the morning, the breakfast server was kinda upset that she had to serve us, showed some attitude. This was our first stay in Shreveport, Louisiana and I am not sure if this is something normal for the area, but I definitely don’t recommend this hotel to families with kids.

It was good for the area. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance, however the sidewalks are crumbling and not safe to walk on. Room was clean, bed was big, and lots of work space. Afternoon staff were busy, but morning staff were awesome!
