The pool needs little updating but other than the hotel is very well maintained and kept clean all the time.

Service is TOP TIER, the staff are so amazing and helpful. The rooms are literally spotless, super safe, comfortable, food is amazing and we just felt soo welcomed by everyone.

Employees were helpful and courteous. The family ambiance, and the food is great.

The property itself was absolutely amazing. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The spa was phenomenal, and my 80-minute massage was hands down one of the best I've ever had. If you're looking for a relaxing vacation, the resort and its amenities are outstanding. My only warning is this: when you check in, you'll likely be asked to stop by a table near the front desk. Unless you genuinely want to hear a timeshare presentation, I strongly recommend politely declining. We were told it would only take 90 minutes. Instead, we spent nearly four hours being pressured and manipulated by multiple salespeople. It completely consumed the first day of our vacation and left us feeling like we were being held hostage. While we ultimately did not purchase a timeshare, the experience was exhausting, pushy, and incredibly frustrating. The spa credits, discounted vacation, and free sunset cruise they offer as incentives are simply not worth sacrificing hours of your vacation to endure high-pressure sales tactics. Aside from the timeshare presentation, everything else about our stay was wonderful. I would absolutely return to the resort,but I would skip the sales table without a second thought.

Property is very beautiful. Nothing special about the resort food. Pizza was delicious! Mixed drinks were very delicious. Food did take a little too long to arrive, maybe because it was off-peak times. Concierge sometimes took to long to answer. People were very helpful and nice. Adult only pool area was nice to relax at without hearing loud kids. Overall, great place to stay.
