Vacations Close To Los Pinos Park

Some staff were amazing! Others were rude and stand offish on information. There was a lady in the concierge office who was very rude and did not seem willing to offer any information or be helpful.

This resort is amazing that celebrates the beauty of Mexico. The hospitality is 5 stars and an amazing ocean views from every restaurant. I

Pueblo Bonito is our go to place in Cabo! We love the property, restaurant selection, and being able to shuttle from Moreno Beach. This trip, they property seemed in need of some maintenance. We were placed in a room on the third floor without a working elevator (and was not told the elevator did not work-even though it had been not working for a week, so they knew. It would have been okay except a guest in my party had mobility issues), bathrooms were not stocked and various faucets did not work or toilets flush.

Everything is really nice! I definitely be back!

👎The pool was freezing no matter where you went. The room service food is basic & could be improved with more options & real photos of what type of yogurt + It just says yogurt but not states the flavor you will receive. Food in BUFFETS were THE BEST anywhere I've stayed in the last 5 years going to Mexico all inclusive resorts. Entertainment was good. Michael Jackson show was amazing. Riu Party was awesome for those who enjoy the party style. We stayed for an hour & were in awe of the RIU Party & people watching. Beautiful beach views. Bed was more comfy when asked for a soft pad. We had to ask for extra blankets. Our view looked at Riu Santa Fe pool & was a lil noisy. WE WILL STAY HERE AGAIN! We loved the Italian restaurant best.The Asian restaurant was overrated & my steak took over 1 minute to chew & still wasn't dissolved to swallow, so it went on the plate. But, the salad rolls & Potstickers were very good. Fresh fruit veggies & favorite ice cream in all buffets. We stayed at the Riu Palace. Very close to downtown marina. Taxi $34 round trip without tip. Beautiful All Inclusive resort. Check in was no bueno. No one showed us where to go or where our room was located from the check in area. We got lost.They could improve in that area. We checked in at 6:45/7pm, not busy at all. Housekeeping was amazing. Overall 5 star due to everything offered in one place without going anywhere. Water slides fun & small area. Not 4 faint or can't swim well. GREAT 4 $$$ & all else.
