No laundry equipment, no coffee maker, kitchen knives was not useful at all(Cheap knives set can't even cut tomatoes), communication was slow, response to resolve the issues was okay, but series of small issues ( no big deal) should not not be there. Pay attention to details with customer care mindset is a area of opportunity. The property itself was perfect, great location, building management was attentive, nice building.

Exceeded all my expectations! The Altitude room with the beach front swim out pool is a must! It felt like I was in my own little private apartment in Cabo! Will definitely be back!
