“Muy mala, nos cobraron un euros más de lo estipulado y nos mandaron a la última planta que parecía el lugar reservado para los trabajadores (había dos plantas antes que si parecían habilitadas para clientes) donde tuvieron música hasta altas horas. La limpieza es muy mejorable ”

El buffete del desayuno es espectacular, el jardín hermoso el muelle muy lindo el lago hermoso y todo Pier am Chiemsee esta muy lindo. El castillo es un must si vas a esta localidad.”

“The hotel looks a lovely place but it lacked on customer service and hence the atmosphere was rather cold. There was only one nice waitress and actually talked to us. It is a shame as I represent many large companies and Travel Agents in the UK that are always keen to find the perfect hotel, place etc. for their events. So far the Yacht Hotel in Prien by Chiemsee proved to be the best option as well as some other hotels in Bavaria. I appreciate making money is important but the customer...
