“A really beautiful place to stay!”

“Situado cerca de zona Industrial de facil acceso . Todo cerca. Habitaciones limpias pero colchones muy incomodos. Del resto todo bien”

“Stayed for three nights. Hotel very quiet and reasonably clean. Finer details for cleanliness need attention. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Limited parking especially due to event in the conference centre next door. Breakfast was not great scrambled egg and bacon not edible for me the rest was ok. Saying all this the hotel was good value for the money we paid”

“Restaurant closed early even though posted as being open.. so no dinner for us when we arrived at 6”

“Reception staff fairly friendly bar staff not so we waited over 10 mins for a member of staff no show so I went to reception we’re both the reception lady and the lady from the bar were just casually chatting and no apology for keeping us waiting”

“Joules and her Son were absolutely wonderful hosts. We couldn’t have been made to feel any more welcome and we had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was outstanding - lots of choice and super fresh and tasty. Joules’ baking was a great surprise treat, a lovely touch in our room on arrival and the Brownies later in our stay were out of this world! Our room was spotless, very comfy bed, lovely armchairs with the spectacular view over Ironbridge and the valley....

“The beautiful setting and views of the river Severn were wonderful. The staff were always extremely helpful and welcoming. The bedroom was very comfortable and clean. The breakfasts and evening meals were of very good quality. It was our first visit to Shropshire and we would certainly come back to the Riverside Inn which was perfectly situated for day trips to Shrewsbury, Ironbridge and David Austin Roses, among other places.”
