“Th Peabody is a fabulous grand hotel. I could spend hours in the lobby enjoying the piano, which is always playing in the background, and having wonderful conversations with other guests. The lobby is a gorgeous venue reminiscent of the grandeur of the Old South. I recall hearing several people from the Mississippi delta insisting that if heaven wasn’t like a Saturday evening at the Peabody they didn’t want to go! I try to spend an evening at the Peabody whenever I am in Memphis.”
