“Staff were friendly, accomodation was ok a bit dated bathrooms had a strange smell a bit like dampness. Port Patrick was beautiful”

“The Portpatrick Hotel never fails to disappoint. The location is wonderful but the hotel itself is poor, poorly maintained and no attention to detail by housekeeping when preparing rooms, with empty soap dispensers in the bathroom. The hotel just seems neglected, badly managed and understaffed by people who have little or no training in hospitality. At best the breakfast was disappointing, the hot food in the buffet was edible, but the presentation and other items sadly lacking.”
