“The best thing this hotel has to offer is the view and the size of the room. The services are very modest, for example only 4 channels available through air TV (no cable TV). If you are not in the ground floor, you'll need to carry your heavy luggage up or down a staircase; there are no lifts. The room needs urgent renovation. The sink at the bathroom has two faucets, which are useless if you need lukewarm water but can't mix cold water if the hot one is extremely hot (as it was). I ended up...

“Staff were very friendly and helpful when my room wouldn't lock. They fixed it, but also offered me to switch rooms, which I did. The room was spacious and clean, but I did notice mould on the ceiling by the windows/door. The walls are also pretty thin so you can hear the traffic, other guests. Overall pleasant stay and good for the money.”

“We stayed here for two nights for a long weekend in Queenstown and it was just perfect. We maintained cosy rooms, good location just a few minutes walk from the city, awesome mountain and lake view and friendly, efficient staff. Would happily stay here again.”

“Overall a really nice location, great amenities and great suite. The only things keeping it from a 5 star review were that the reception staff were not present or available during opening hours when I had to hand in my key card and that there was a heavy rain storm while we were there and water started to leak into the room through window frames. They did provide us with extra towels and promised someone would look into it ASAP and nothing serious happened as a result of it...just a possible...
