“Very nice clean apartment, had everything we needed. It is small but would be perfect for a couple. We managed as a family of 4 and its in a great location not far from York. Bed is super comfy. We had a lovely time.”

“Completely disappointed about this place. The rate we paid establish a charge of 60 pounds for cleaning concept. Well, clearly they are not using this money for such porpuse. I can not believe the state of that duvet, dust on the appliances and the exhaust vents, stained carpets and crumbs on the counter. Lucky the bathroom was acceptable and we did not use the kitchen or the fridge at all.”

“The apartment was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Fab views of the sea and castle made up for having to climb three flights of stairs (no lift). Delicious breakfast at the hotel next door is a very reasonable £15 per head. Easy walk into the town centre/Peasholme Park/Open Air theatre. Very helpful staff.”

“Check in was smooth met by the team who helped park the Car and with baggage they then showed us to the apartment really friendly and helpful. Apartment was amazing everything you needed was there including tea coffees croissants cereals and milk in the refrigerator with also some butter. “We had communication from the free parking ahead of time and attempted to follow the process for registering, however, couldn’t complete it as it wouldn’t accept our phone number. The host did help with that and completed it for us. What I would say about the parking was it’s a ways from the unit and you have to walk it. You cannot drive to the property. When we arrived there was no hotel, just a sign with no instruction about how to access the reservation. We went to the Bruks coffee shop...
