What Sofitel always does for me and why I continue to use their brand worldwide is their attention to customers. They all go out of the way to make the stay welcoming. Getting a taxi outside is easy, but kinda of a drag being so far from town. Made us wanna stay at resort even more. Everyone from kitchen, to lobby, to cleaning crew to servers was impecabble. I would return.”

“really old hotel, fridge wasn’t working, the mattress also wasnt confortable. For over a 115 euros day rate - this is well over expensive - breaking was okay ish. ”
