Downtown Joshua Tree Vacation Packages for 2026

This is a "Ghost Property." So if you are expecting human interaction with anyone who works at this hotel, go somewhere else. We learned the hard way. I didn't know I needed to upload my ID onto their ap or whatever beforehand in order to be allowed on the property. Luckily, this extra handsome, super charming construction worker was there fixing an AC wall unit in one of the rooms and he was in contact with a human who may or may not be attached to this hotel or else we would have just left and asked for a refund. There is no "free breakfast" or "hot tub" as the website advertises. But the rooms are awesome and the pool and water magical. I heard from some fellow travellers who were also there that there that this place USED TO BE owned by two amazing women. It's astounding how fast businesses fail when that is not longer the case.

Happy with the room and property. Bar staff could have been friendlier due to getting my order wrong and bartender seemed put out.

The candy at the concierge desk was not as good this year as last year! The lobby temperature was kept at chilly....not certain why? The only other thing I could mention is that the hotel doesn't have any kind of driving service (at least not for the "common" guests). I think they should accommodate short trips with guest car. Other than that, everything was done very well. Food and beverage was great, staff in general was terrific, the spa and related services were perfect. Our room was comfortable and the housekeeping service was wonderful.

Beautiful and comfortable stay- will definitely come back!

From the time we walked in the lobby, everyone was so nice and helpful! They moved my husband and I to a ground floor as he has bad knees. The people at the pool were helpful and nice also. Food and drinks were delicious, enough for two meals . Halloween was a treat and enjoyed the costumes and how everyone made sure they acknowledged you and wanted you to enjoy the day. We're going to make this a new vacation spot! Rather a weekend getaway or a full week with family. Looking forward to our next trip to Palm Springs! Thank you!
