“I stayed overnight with friends and booked Villa 3. As soon as we walked into the villa, there was a really bad smell. The sinks looked dirty, and the toilets were honestly disgusting.
What bothered us the most was the security guard constantly checking on us. We weren’t being loud or causing any problems, yet the guard came to our villa three different times. It felt unnecessary and made us feel uncomfortable during our stay.
For the price of this resort, I expected much better. There are...

“The AC is niot cooling & No towels in the bathroom and I have called the receptionist waited for like couple of hours no housekeeping or maintenance shows up & I decided to go down in the reception, the manager said the shift was changed & then she gave me towels, then maintainance guy came to the room playing with the remote etc & left with out talking or saying that the AC was fix.
After 1 hour I complained again about the AC it’s not cooling and another guy came over & I ask him

“Breakfast was amazing, staff was very attentive. Our room had a leaks toilet they were not able to fix and the ceiling light in the shower was half way out of it’s casing. What an amazing resort though! Beach front, private beach with lots of activities onsite. Monkeys are close by. Watch out for your belongings.”
