"The staff was friendly and tended to our concerns promptly. Unfortunately, there were many issues. Biggest one was that as of about midnight, we had no water. When I reported it in the morning, they fixed it right away. Minor issue was the TV remote power button didn’t work. They give you one bath towel per guest. "No me gusto. Primero tuvimos un problema al realizar la reservación por Hoteles.com. Y cuando llegamos, no apareció la reservación a como se había realizado. Normalmente dice que por habitación son un monto, pero cuando llega uno, es otro monto el que se cobra.
