This place has been my favorite stay in San Juan del sur. Rooms are cute and the view from the second floor is amazing! The staff was nice, especially for the breakfast that’s included, they went above and beyond with the service. This will be my go to hotel when I go back to SJdS

Bathroom doesn’t flush properly. No toilet paper in main bathroom to use in place. Person working didn’t know where to find toilet paper. Noisy with other guest using common area. Very dissapointed with this place. Only positive is the location and view.

The rooms were clean and adequate for three adults. The staff was welcoming and very helpful; organized a taxi to take my 83 year old mother to a coffee shop downtown. It is in a quiet location and a good area to unplug from electronic devices. If you have mobility issues, you won’t have much to do but sit and look out at the beach from the patio. The swimming pool has a ladder to climb in and out, so we were not able to use the pool at all. We would stay here again if our plan is to relax.

The owner Herman was amazing! So friendly, saw him in town and he made sure to say hi and chat about our time there the next day. Breakfast was exceptional! Rooms were no frills, like warm shower. Beds left a little to be desired, but the stay was overall a great experience.
