Best hotel in San Juan del sur. The cleanliness is a 10/10. I stayed in two different cabins and they were immaculate. The staff is wonderful, the drinks, the food, everything is 10/10 in my opinion. My family and I LOVED everything.

I absolutely LOVED this hotel. I loved it so much, I canceled our next city to stay here a little longer. The food is amazing, the drinks, the staff. The hotel is very, very clean, I booked two different cabins and they were immaculate. My husband and children loved everything and so did I. I would definitely come back.

The spa was very relaxing. There are monkeys on the property. The rooms are very clean. The air conditioning works very well but it only keeps your room cold it doesn’t run far out to the living are or kitchen are. Staff is great very responsive. The only complaint I have is not being able to bring outside food to your room from what I was told.

It's a really beautiful property with amazing rooms. There's a new infinity pool area that faces the Pacific Ocean and the skyline (including the statue) of San Juan del Sur. The breakfast spread in the morning is amazing! I also liked the dinner options (pizza night on Wednesday and fresh mahi mahi from the coast).

This stay is spectacular! The staff are exceptional, food was delicious and the resort is one of a kind. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, waking up to howler monkeys outside our patio in the trees was very memorable. The pools, waterslide and waterfall drop were so much fun. Our stay included breakfast and it didn’t disappoint. I would highly, highly recommend this stay.

The resort was spectacular. The pools were fun. The grounds were beautiful. The restaurant was just okay. We had a better selection and dramatically lower prices in town. We only had hot water one of the three days we were there. The private beach was very nice.

The 3 star rating is for the lack of lighting on the hotel grounds at night, which made finding the reception desk very difficult. The extra blanket was scratchy & very thin. There are no signs that you can see at night. The room is spacious, cool & comfortable. Breakfast is included & delicious. Staff is friendly. If you have limited mobility this is not the place for you.

The property is stunning, surrounded by nature, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was included and very good, which we appreciated. However, the resort is very expensive, and it is important to know that not everything is inclusive only breakfast is included, and most other amenities come at an additional cost. For the price, we expected more to be covered.Unfortunately, we also experienced an issue in our bedroom where we found two large cockroaches, which was disappointing and took away from the overall experience.

Tree Casa is an experience that everyone need to do while on vacation in San Juan del Sur. This hotel is absolutely stunning!!! I can’t get over how accommodating Clifford was, he made sure all of my needs were met. My room was stunning and the whole resort was gorgeous. The private beach and horse back riding is an absolute must. Tree Casa will always hold a special place in my heart.
