The resort was spectacular. The pools were fun. The grounds were beautiful. The restaurant was just okay. We had a better selection and dramatically lower prices in town. We only had hot water one of the three days we were there. The private beach was very nice.

The 3 star rating is for the lack of lighting on the hotel grounds at night, which made finding the reception desk very difficult. The extra blanket was scratchy & very thin. There are no signs that you can see at night. The room is spacious, cool & comfortable. Breakfast is included & delicious. Staff is friendly. If you have limited mobility this is not the place for you.

The property is stunning, surrounded by nature, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was included and very good, which we appreciated. However, the resort is very expensive, and it is important to know that not everything is inclusive only breakfast is included, and most other amenities come at an additional cost. For the price, we expected more to be covered.Unfortunately, we also experienced an issue in our bedroom where we found two large cockroaches, which was disappointing and took away from the overall experience.

Tree Casa is an experience that everyone need to do while on vacation in San Juan del Sur. This place is magical beautiful great staff and customer service and the offer private tour to a virgen beach with in their property with shudule waters and towel for free if you stay with them, I highly recommend Tree Casa

Amazing stay here… truly a hidden gem. The staff is so helpful food is great place is clean…. Cool property too in the middle of the jungle. Pools and you stay in a tree house. Would stay here again.

If you love nature, a quiet place to relax and exquisite local gastronomy, this is the place to be. I can’t describe it, you have to live your own experience. It is so magical that it helped me remember my childhood days how this place can have a significant impact. The pool area is beautiful and so is the private beach. You won’t regret it. The staff is friendly and eager to help you in any way to please you.

This hotel is absolutely stunning!!! I can’t get over how accommodating Clifford was, he made sure all of my needs were met. My room was stunning and the whole resort was gorgeous. The private beach and horse back riding is an absolute must. Tree Casa will always hold a special place in my heart.

Beautiful property. The scenery was beautiful the staff was friendly. I enjoyed everything about it. Wish I could have stayed longer. Do remember it is surrounded by trees so expect a critter here and there . My lucky guest was a spider. Drinks could be a little stronger but you can always buy yourself a bottle before exiting the airport.

Such a wonderful stay at Tree Casa. From the moment we arrived we knew we found a special place to relax, have fun, create memories and enjoy all that Tree Casa offers. The accommodations are so unique and comfortable, the food was great, service could not have been better and the environment was amazing. We were never given information about property(beach area). Their day pass customers took over the entire pool area and we couldn’t find a chair to enjoy the main reason we booked the property. Wanted a relaxing environment shown on the pictures. We would never go back on a weekend. Felt overcharged for what was available. Food was great in restaurant though.

Treecasa is truly a work of art! Everything was carefully curated for a beautiful and unique experience. We stayed 3 nights in one of the bungalows. I couldn’t believe how spacious it was and the deck was huge. The entire place was more beautiful in person than in the photos. The food was some of the best we had in Nicaragua. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. The service was also incredible. Big thanks to Christian for going out of his way to help us arrange a ferry reservation. We really appreciated it!

The resort priorites forigners too much for my taste And the staff where too square in they service I did not like all the paperwork that had to be signed at arrival, made me sceptical right away The food had good presentation but the taste did not match The Main area, pool and resturant are in shadow by lunch, dont expect sundeck You need to reserv a few of the sunchairs by mornin’ Sun between 08-12/13
