Great stay at the gran hotel Victoria. Appreciated the central location, and the restaurant was excellent— especially the breakfast included with the room. The bed was a little too firm, and our hot water didn’t work very well. But overall, we loved the hotel, and would stay there again any time we are in Rivas.

Great hotel. Beautifully restored building, lovely pool generous breakfast and very friendly staff. We really liked Rivas there is a great market in the middle of town, a nice park, huge church and lots of good sodas.

This is a beautiful hotel. Amazing staff. Please give Ali at the front desk a raise. He was so helpful at check-in. Definitely the place to stay in Rivas for comfort, cleanliness, and location.

There is no sign of the property at sight that one can tell where is exactly the hotel. As a matter of fact, some people went to a private property thinking that it was the facility. Also there is a poor attention at the desk when one try to check-in or check-out.

Noisy but clean hotel

We could hear a lot of noise coming from adjacent rooms and the hallway all night making it hard to sleep properly. When checking out they claimed we didn't pay so we had to pay a second time. Was originally paid through hotels.com - Ive never experienced this at a hotel before. Took forever to serve breakfast as well. That said the hotel was clean and in good standards

Muy bonito, pero las tuberías del lavamanos están muy sucias que se puede observar a simple vista, la habitación no cuenta con tags de no molestar, tampoco tenía toallas de baño, el aire acondicionado es muy pequeño para el tamaño de la habitación y cuenta que la temperatura baje. Las escaleras de acceso a las habitaciones se encuentran muy sucias con cabellos, lodo y mucho polvo, son pequeños detalles que harían a este hotel perfecto
