“Newish property is pretty and still smells new. Beds are firm and pillows are soft. Barn door in bathroom not wide enough to fully cover door opening so privacy was a bit of an issue. Roach crawling around bathroom in the morning disappeared into crack at the bottom of sliding barn door where it was broken due to wear on edges. Visible dust and dirt in corner of rooms. really nice area, super helpful staff, nicely stocked shop to buy food and snacks. Quiet location convenient to the university....

“When I checked in I was given a room that had a very strong cigarette smell. I notified the Clerk and she changed our room to a much better smelling room. Everything else was going very well until about 8 a.m. when the Manager's son pounded very hard on our door and screaming like he was going to be abused.
