Everything was great except the pool. There was a lot of trash in the pool and you could tell it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Also found trash around the room that housekeeping must of missed from the guest before. Breakfast host was great! Front desk staff was very friendly.

We checked in on a Tuesday and Checked out on a Friday and nobody cleaned our room or restocked our towels at all. Pretty poor. Front desk staff was super nice. Breakfast was decent.

Newish property is pretty and still smells new. Beds are firm and pillows are soft. Barn door in bathroom not wide enough to fully cover door opening so privacy was a bit of an issue. Roach crawling around bathroom in the morning disappeared into crack at the bottom of sliding barn door where it was broken due to wear on edges. Visible dust and dirt in corner of rooms. really nice area, super helpful staff, nicely stocked shop to buy food and snacks. Quiet location convenient to the university. Great parking access, nice covered area to unload in the rain.
