Staff here are unbelievably nice! I've met some nice people at office check in. But these people were better than family! And the day manager took the time as she was leaving to talk with me and wish me safe travels. Anything you need you feel they can take care of you.

We stayed here during a softball tournament. Nice comfy beds, very nice staff. Needs a little TLC and we were worried about the area and didn’t know if it would be loud at night. It wasn’t at all. If you stay here you won’t be disappointed.

This property remains one of the better 'value' spots in the Kansas City, KS area. Everything was in order. All amenities were fully operational...clean linens and room. Quiet throughout the night. Staff is always polite and helpful. Plus got a great deal on the room through HOTELS.COM. Good overall experience.

The lady at the front desk was very kind and wonderful, but that was about as good as it got. The room smelled stale and like cigarette smoke. Our door did not lock, so the bottom of the door was open all night, and ALL you heard was the highway traffic that was impossible to drown out. We will never, ever be back!
