The place is a dump. It was very hard to locate where our room was, and the whole place was still in the process of being renovated. Even the rooms theyd renovated were poorly done.

We were greeted by a woman offering to sell services upon entering the property. She was not the only one in the area. Condition of rooms and bathrooms are worse than they appear in photos. It made for a very unpleasant stay. Would not recommend to anyone, especially those with children.

The breakfast was not good. I’m not sure if this was a mistake. But the milk was expired two days prior. I choose this property because of the complementary breakfast. However, after my expert on the first day, I did not return for breakfast on the subsequent day.

This property was not the level I come to expect from Baymont. The exterior was run down with broken window screens, windows, and poor presentation lobby entrance. When checked in at 5:00 pm arriving at room discovered not clean. Breakfast was lacking white bread no muffins, bagels, or other bread. Few choices were available.

There were stains on the sheets. Dust caked to the walls. Outlets that weren't working. Stuff splattered on walls & outlets. Dead bolt was removed so no deadbolt for safety in the door. Holes in the walls. Carpet was dirty. Awful.

Staff was not friendly, no irons in rooms and tv didnt work. I reported the tv was not worki g as soon as i checked in aas adviced maintenance would come fix it at midnight still not working i complained and was told they cant wake them up. Rude, disrespectful and no customer service at all never will i stay there again Halls smelled like weed pool not opened the door closest to my room didnt unlock from the outside never again
