“Serious problem on phone when trying to enter the building due to the lady on line unable to explane that the room key and front door keys were in the lock box. I discussed this with the manager the following day and he accepted that the lady did have problems in explaining things. Note that anyone arriving without an operating telephone would not be able to get the code for the lock box!!! ”

“So every now and again you discover a gem of a hotel, this was in that category. Just a few minutes from the motorway, easy to find, centrally located in the town, free and ample parking. On arrival in the hotel, was greeted by a very friendly young lady who checked me in, took my dinner reservation and showed me to me room. The room was a good size for one person, bed was comfortable and the room was modern, bright and well equipped. Dinner was excellent, top service, great food and reasonable...
