“Everthing”

“Nos gustó el ambiente clásico que se respira en este emblemático establecimiento de principios del siglo XX y el trato de la mayoría del personal que sirve las mesas y se encarga del equipaje. Nos gustó menos que algunas cosas son más viejas y poco prácticas que clásicas, y que parte del personal te trata como a una masa”

“El hotel está muy cerca de las cataratas, se escuchan por la noche, es genial. Al lado está el mercado de artesanías que es enorme. En frente ya hay restaurantes y el resto están a un minuto a pie. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y limpias nosotros estuvimos en una superior y la cama es cómodisima. El personal de recepción estupendo, nos atendieron genial. Si vuelvo a cataratas victoria me quedaré en ese hotel. ”

“Not recommended: first there were issues like no hot water in room, telephone not working and non existant options on restaurant offers. But then, after checking out one day earlier of my booked stay, the hotel has decided not to refund the last night. Never seen this before, I wouldn't go there.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Bhejane Lodge. It was close to town and we appreciated the hotel shuttle service was very convenient to use. The shuttle driver, Eric was great! He was kind, friendly, made us feel comfortable and took good care of us. He loves Vic Falls and gave us good advice for the area. All the staff were helpful and very attentive, like Malvin, Sandra, and Sharilyn. Hotel was cute and had a bar and also breakfast was included daily, cooked to order. We booked several activities...
