"This is a true 5 star hotel . All the staff are so well trained . Nothing is too much trouble. We stayed 3 nights and did not get bored . We ate all our meals at the hotel at Stanley Terrace and enjoyed everything we had . The view from the Terrace is amazing . The pool area is beautifully designed and not too busy . We saw many animals in the grounds and beyond."

"Welcoming and comfortable"

"The staff were attentive, warm and very engaging, from those in maintenance to the ones in the restaurant. Tendo was a rock at the front desk! She helped us get trusted drivers for transportstion when required. The property grounds were well maintained and we found the room and bedding comfortable. The location is convenient - slightly off the main road but within walking distance of town of Victoria Falls if so desired (25-30 minutes). Would highly recommend Batonka Lodge!"
