Their service is exquisite, the staff are so friendly and very professional, they greet you with a smile & i quick to respond any issues that arise. I stayed in one of their suite and every 2 days they would bring me fresh fruits, making sure my water is topped up in the fridge & that my room is clean always. "Highly recommended, really enjoyed my 2 nights. Only 10 min fast walk to the Zimbabwe entrance to the Victoria Falls national park, amazing views of the falls. I also did a round trip walk to the Zambian national park, toal 12km including all the sights on the Zambian side. Well worth it. Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff at reception, the restaurant seemed a bit less well organised and the odd person was less friendly. "
