"This place is not handicapped accessible. I was not able to walk all the steps to go up and down to various locations even in your room you had to go down steps from the bathroom to get to the bedroom. The staff was awesome. The breakfast was great"

"Hyatt Regency Hotel is one of the best hotel in Harare you could stay in. Their service is exquisite, the staff are so friendly and very professional, they greet you with a smile & i quick to respond any issues that arise. I stayed in one of their suite and every 2 days they would bring me fresh fruits, making sure my water is topped up in the fridge & that my room is clean always. Their food is amazing, I wasn’t very keen on the breakfast but food its self is 👌. I would definitely book again &...
