"O hotel não tinha disponibilidade e nos realocou em outro hotel chamado Holiday Inn Laguardia. Desde a comunicação desta realocacao antes da viagem liguei para Hotéis.com para saber se será mantido os mesmos parâmetros contratado, ou seja, 2 camas de casal e, principalmente, cafe da manhã. Recebi a resposta positiva do Hotéis.com, embora o hotel me informou que de nao incluiria cafe. Fui insistente ligando outra vez para Hoteis.com para confirmação porque não queria que nada saisse errado, e...
