We booked 2 rooms in the renovated tower, rooms were ok and spacious compared to others. However the amenities are bare minimum, at least bathrooms and showers are clean. We were on the 27th floor across from New York New York casino, very noisy from the roller coaster and helicopter rides till after midnight. Walls between rooms seemed thin you can hear the next room, the self check in is horrible. It’s do it your self in a tablet that is not user friendly,, we were supposed to have our rooms available by 3 pm. It was delayed till after 4:30. Over all it’s ok place perhaps 2 1/2 to 3 stars maximum. The prices is ok for 1 night we were there to meet with family coming out of the country.

My room was completely junked when I walked in someone had checked out and they never cleaned the room. The second room they gave me was already assigned and I walked in on someone the third room key didn’t work and I went back down to advised they gave me a fourth room and when I walked in it someone bags and stuff was already there. I walked back down checked out and drove back to Arizona. Do not stay there or book with Expedia I’m over it!

I spent the weekend in this hotel for my birthday and I received a pair of earrings as a present which were stolen from the room and when I reported it the staff was not of much help. There was no compensation or anything about it and they made me feel like I was lying about it.
