"Staff does not speak english and it is very difficult to get help and tips for the city. We had requested a non-smoking room with two twin beds however when we arrived at 1 am we found a smoking room with one bed. We were almost an hour insisting for a better room. Breakfast not bad but very little options for foreigners."

"When we arrived the hotel, there was no one to help us to send the luggage over to the room, which is away from the main building. and no clear instruction on the wifi and facilities and we had to call to the counter to find out. all the rest are quite good."

"Trata-se de um hotel tipico Chines. Decidimos experimentar. Nao nos sentimos acolhidos num primeiro momento, mas o serviço foi melhorando aos poucos. Taxistas sempre ficam em divida sobre o local do Hotel. O que nos chamou a atencao para selecionar o hotel foram as imagens do hotel disponíveis, contudo, ao chegar, arquitetura e decoracao não nos agradou. Não escolheriamos novamente."
