Front desk staff needs to be trained more professionally. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk lady was playing on her cellphone and sitting the whole time when checking in us, even without any facial expression. I don’t feel any warm welcome.

Toller Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen Appartement in der City von Chengdu. Das Appartment war sehr gute ausgestattet mit eigener Küche Waschmaschine und Wohnzimmer. Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Bad sehr schön ausgetattet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Personal dort und auch im restlichen Hotel sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Aussicht im Frühstücksraum war eine schöne Ergänzung. Das Hotel liegt recht zentral und U-Bahn ist gut zu erreichen. Die Panda-Station ist mit dem Taxi in ca. 35 zu erreichen. Alles in allem kann man das Hotel sehr empfehlen, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

This is a great hotel conveniently located next to a huge mall that has everything you need. The hotel’s breakfast was delicious with a large selection of western food. We had a two bedroom with two bathrooms that even came with in suite washer and dryer. The unit was huge and staff extremely courteous. We couldn’t ask for a better hotel. Chengdu is an amazing city and Grand ParcVue Hotel Residence made our trip unforgettable. Would definitely return next time we come to Chengdu.
