We opted to upgrade to a suite on the 39th floor with a connecting room with two double beds. Service was amazing. The breakfast buffet at the Ritz is by far better than the two previous hotels we stayed at the week before. Abir from front desk gave excellent service and made us feel at home. My daughter even got a free Ritz Carlton stuffed toy (a lion dressed as a panda). So cute! We are Ritz fans now.

Great hotel overall. The staff were amazing and the rooms and the views from the rooms were great. The only issue is that it is located in a quiet part of town away from the glitzy and fun areas. Easy to take a DiDi to these places for 10 RMB however. Gali who works in the concierge area was particularly helpful in planning my trip. We communicated via WeChat before my arrival which made the trip much easier

The club lounge had excellent service;, food and drinks. We had breakfast in the main restaurant which was outstanding. Our bedroom and bathroom were spacious, beds were comfortable. Overall a great stay at a beautiful hotel.
