Smoke Free Hotels in Sichuan

"When we arrived at the hotel the reception asked us a series of questions, and then subsequently found no record of our stay. They then told me the "back stage" staff who is in charge of online bookings is on a holiday due to the 1st May Golden Week in China. They took multiple shots of my booking details off my phone, and made us wait for around 25 minutes for the rooms. "Great location, excellent service, and just what one needs for a comfortable stay when traveling!"

"Staff does not speak english and it is very difficult to get help and tips for the city. We had requested a non-smoking room with two twin beds however when we arrived at 1 am we found a smoking room with one bed. We were almost an hour insisting for a better room. Breakfast not bad but very little options for foreigners."

"I have picture of attendant"

"Good"

The main criticisms are that they couldn't find my reservation and they didn't inform me regarding any breakfast information. They wanted to check my room after asking if I had used any items from the minibar even though I had confirmed that I hadn't...
