“really close to the ferry, buses and restos. very quiet. No tv so we had little to do after 9pm except go to bed. the farm around was neat with deers closeby. Buses to go downtown victoria or butchart gardens were very close to the B&B. Would stay there again. Joe the owner was very courteous and very helpful.”

“We made a 3 days trip to Victoria, BC and stayed at this BnB, having a great experience. Operated by the owners who are willing to make you at home! Even the location is about 15 minutes to Downtown though we had a car it wasn't an issue, furthermore, the neighbor is terrific! “My family and I loved our stay here. Check-in and check-out was easy. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was very clean, cozy and it had everything we needed. Our room (G4) had two big windows which was so nice. We, especially our kids, were also pleasantly surprised to see a lot of fruit-bearing plants around the inn (grapes outside our window, apple trees, blackberry shrubs, etc.) Will definitely come back here on our next trip to Vancouver Island.”
