My kids and I loved this hotel. The staff was so friendly, kind, and helpful. The rooms were just what we needed on our trip: comfortable, clean, and air conditioned. We got to the hotel early from our ferry crossing, and the hotel was very happy to check us in and make sure we were taken care of, and the staff gave us a map and suggestion for lunch and touring Victoria. They also kept our luggage safe during the time between check out and our ferry departure while we explored the city. This hotel is a great choice for visiting Victoria!

The staff was wonderfully helpful, the location was very convenient and centrally located, and there is a restaurant on the 18th floor for breakfast and any other meals. The hotel is rather dated, though. The price point was comparable to other, more attractive hotels in the downtown sector, so I was surprised at how tired the decor was on the inside. But the beds were comfortable.
