"The Jungle view was beautiful. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was nice and helpful. The pool was lovely. The whole snapper at their restaurant was my favorite meal of the whole trip.We indulged in the spa at the resort and I had a great facial and massage. A wonderful experience at this resort overall. "First I would like to say the customer service and communication was great at Rancho de Lelo. They did a great job suggesting activities around the area. The breakfast was delicious and property was beautiful. My kids loved spending time with the dogs. The view from the room was beautiful and calming. The negative is there was heavy rainfall while we were visiting and as a result the room felt very wet due to poor window and door insulation and condensation. All our items in the room felt damp....
