However, some policies were not clearly communicated at the time of booking, which caused unnecessary frustration at check-in. "Sparkling waters hotel is under renovations. We had a very bad stay as there are builders and sand everywhere. The main hotel is under construction. The dining room is a conference hall.This hotel should not be open to the public now."
