"Food in buffet restaurant was moderate. Vegetables grossly overcooked. Champagne party. Excellent wine/champagne menu excellent but didn’t deliver. "

"7 steps to reach the hotel lobby but guy at the desk was nice and helped me with my bags. At 74, I cannot carry heavy bags up/down steps. As I was there for only 7 hours to catch a flight home, not the best judge but staff was very nice. Malta is a happening town, even at 3:30am and the hotel is well located."

"Firstly the staff were a joy! Maureen and Marco specifically made me feel very welcome and safe as a solo traveller. The food options are superb and fairly priced. Spa facilities are excellent and the treatments to die for!!!! The staff in the spa were so polite and friendly. I was made to feel like a VIP. Can’t recommend this place enough. "It's so easy to be critical on these reviews, but quite frankly I could not fault this place, everyone was super nice and helpful, any problem was dealt with very promptly. A well run efficient hotel. It's extremely clean, a sweet pleasant floral scent throughout the hotel was noticable. And the rooms are worthy of a 5*+. "The staff were friendly but not attentive they gave us a room that was already occupied then the first room was really unsuitable as it was dirty and smelly eventually the room we stayed in was much better but not amazing as it was right at the end of the longest corridor and where the store rooms were so we kept hearing very loud door slams throughout the early morning and during the night too. The breakfast was okay but very crowded we had to wait in a queue sometimes for over 20 minutes....
