Generally very good: room, staff, location, breakfast, facilities, cleanliness. Balcony light was not working on arrival. Technician sent following our first request for attention claimed that the light fitting “was not a light”. Fixed by technician sent following our second request for attention. We were gifted by a relative a voucher for a meal at the Minoa restaurant at the hotel. The process to redeem this voucher was rather complex, involving three visits to the reception area and communication between my mobile phone and that of our waiter.

Great all inclusive hotel. The hotel is very close to a bus stop that can take you into Valletta or Mdina. The food was very tasty, thank you to Pradeep Rawat who catered for our food allergies and the the rest of the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming especially Kul on front desk. The rooms were clean and we enjoyed the facilities the hotel had to offer.
