I have traveled my entire life and this was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The most INCREDIBLE staff, particularly those working and managing the 11th floor pool, bar and Minoa restaurant. Exceptional service with great food and amenities. If I could give it 6 stars I would !!!!!

We had a really wonderful week here. The best part was that as a family it catered to all our needs. Friendly, lovely professional staff and a HUGE shout to the entertainment team who ran the Kids Club. I have never known my daughter to love one so much. Amazing hotel with lots of great amenities! Activities for kids and adults, especially liked tge adult infinity pools on the rooftop. The animation team is amazing, very entertaining! It was a beautiful all-inclusive! We loved our experience. Only downfalls are pools are busy, bartenders are sometimes lazy, and the all-inclusive doesn't include EVERYTHING. There are quite a few restrictions.

We liked the food very much , the choice was immense and the food so tasty and fresh. We didn’t like the loud music by the pool at times it was overwhelming, we also didn’t like not being able to access the infinity pool or the quiet bar at the top as we have a 3 month old baby who could do with the quiet space and the lovely shade upstairs that wasn’t available by the pool .
