Also the pool was available to outsiders, not just hotel staff as people knew the gate pin number to get in so sometimes the loungers were nit available . Fantastic staff, varied breakfast and good location. The ongoing construction work for hard rock hotel next door was a little disruptive, but the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Loved the various pool options. We also loved the executive lounge drinks and snacks, and we were upgraded from junior to deluxe suite, so were very well catered for. Ordered delicious desserts to the room too, after a long day out, thoroughly recommend. Traffic in Malta can be quite heavy so we used bolt and uber, and only travelled by bus to comino/ Gozo, bus can be very busy!

Great hotel and staff were really good with us and our children, would point out they are constructing 2 big apartment blocks behind the hotel which did generate noise from 07:00 each morning and there was a lot of disruption due to the construction traffic each day. We ordered breakfast to the room one morning which was really good and would recommend. The staff in the pearl lounge bar were great and probably made the best drinks of the multiple areas on the property. We tried a couple of the different restaurants between the 3 hotels and were only disappointed with the American Henry J Beans.

The hotel was lovely. The rooms were very clean. There were 2 hotel pools which was great and we had no problem getting sunbeds. There was also a lido pool with access to the sea. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice. Easy access to buses and taxi’s. We tended to use taxi’s, there were 4 of us so worked out cheaper than the bus. There was building work being carried out over the road to the hotel. Looked like 2 other hotels. Didn’t cause us any issues and wasn’t noisy. A new shopping mall opened a few minutes walk away with a large supermarket. Gym was good.

Excellent, friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful hotel with great facilities and restaurants. The executive lounge variety of food and relocation is not as good but the staff are still very friendly. Lots of construction in the bay area and heavy pneumatic drilling opposite the hotel is currently annoying.

The staff were really pleasant and helpful. The rooms although tired were very clean and were cleaned almost every day. The hotel has a great relaxing atmosphere which I really enjoyed and having service round the pool was another plus. The breakfast had loads of different options and staff could not be more inviting. The amount of different restaurants in the hotel was also a plus. All in all I would book this hotel again
