“Clean room. Reception Staff changed double to twin room upon our request which we were grateful.”

“朝食のバリエーションが豊富”

“Checked in went up to the room and the the door can’t be opened cuz the lock’s battery was flat . Went back down to the reception , told the girl and she asked one of the bellboy to go fix the lock . Took his own sweet time , I told him I was i a rush . Went up he changed the batteries , and said he needed the correct screw to screw back the battery box . I was in a rush to leave as I had an appointment , so I told him to fix it . I told him specifically that I’m going out and when I come back I...

“best staycation I had for awhile ! staff and everyone was extremely nice”

“Room clean, service excellent, breakfast is good and food are delicious.”

“Nice location and great eateries nearby”

“Fantastic location and comfortable stay! The location of this hotel is unbeatable—it’s right next to Komtar JBCC and City Square, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient, especially after crossing CIQ. The room was spotless, modern, and quiet with a very comfortable bed. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet had a great spread with plenty of variety. Would definitely stay here again on my next...

“The staff were excellent, every single one made the stay”

“Compared to Le Meridien, it was a strange experience. The front desk staff seemed kind of rigid and not as warm as Le Meridien. Breakfast spread was decent but again not Le Meridien level. But still decent. One thing that absolutely shocked me was their refusal to give us multiple towels. I traveled with my wife and child, and my wife (like most females) need two towels. I needed one and one for our baby. They said the max they can provide were two towels. Even after explaining that we're...

“The 2-room suite (for 4 of us) was smaller than I expected but is comfortable and clean. The staff at the counter were most supportive, helping us with Touch n go related requests, among others. Location was easy to find, and is accessible without being in a crowded area. Breakfast is moderately good, there were better options on the 2nd day for vegetarians.”

“Great services and property for the price! Free mini bar and welcome gift. Nice memory here”

“Reception took 20 minutes to check us in and then told us the restaurant was closed. Woke me up by phone to demand we come down stairs to pay a tourist tax. The need a bit of a lesson in customer service.”

“Everything was wonderful. From the staff to the cleanliness and aviation themed interior design of the room, everything was amazing. I will say that the entrance to the gym is through a different lift which was a little confusing. The leg extension machine was also faulty for a new hotel but other than that, everything was seamless and relaxing”

“el gimnasio muy bueno, el desayuno muy variado, el personal muy atento y servicial.”

“extremely value for money and location is very well placed for food, shopping and everything needed for a relaxing short trip. very happy with our stay and will stay again!”
