“Nos gustó todo, el personal del hotel super atento, muy servicial, nos gustó mucho, lo único que no nos gustó fue que los niños en la parte honda de la piscina tienen que llevar obligatoriamente chaleco y este monte deja nadar, mi hija no disfrutó mucho de la piscina ya que le gusta nadar y no pudo por llevar el chaleco obligatorio, pero la zona de la piscina está muy bien.”

“Nos alojamos en una Suite cuyo baño hacía olor a putrefacto. El hotel está anticuado y nada bien mantenido, la piscina antigua, no muy limpio. El servicio de lavandería, dos lavadoras y dos secadoras para todo el hotel.... no volveremos.”

“Incredible experience! Arriving at the hotel makes you feel calm. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to communicate well, but all the staff speak English, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that some of them even knew a bit of Spanish! The food was delicious, both at the restaurant and at the café. The room had a spectacular view, and you truly feel at peace. Everyone is very kind, and everything is very clean.”

“家族(子連れ)にピッタリなホテルです。 宿泊すれば、プールに遊園地が無料で利用できます。 2泊しましたが、広すぎて迷いました笑 1階にはショッピングモールや、スタバ、マムズタッチ、レストランなど買い物には困りません。 個人的には、ホテルロビーにある、ロボットがコーヒーを作ってくれる機会に感動しました。(400円でした) 朝食は豪華で、お腹いーっぱいになりました！私の部屋には浴槽はありませんでしたが、シャワーは可もなく不可もなしという感想です！トイレはウォシュレットなしでした。 夜は20時くらいに花火があがります。 部屋から見ることができて素敵でした！ オスロクとイニスフリーまではバスで1駅で行くことができましたよ！ 帰りは済州市内まで急行バスに乗り、40分程でロッテ免税店まで行くことができました！”

“도심과 너무 동떨어져있어서.. 밖에서 식사하고 택시 부르려고했는데 너무 먼거리라서 아쉬웠어요... 편의점도 없었고 냉장고도 거의 장식뿐이고 전혀 시원하지도 않았어요... 다시는 안갈겁니다....”

“The room was unique and comfortable. It felt like staying in a castle. The breakfast was excellent and delicious. The pools are very fun. While we didn't go to the theme park during the day, the zombie train at night was scary and very fun.”
